Blend: 65% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 5% Malbec
Aging: Aged for 18 months in second use French oak barrels
Serving Suggestions: For the first two years, decant the wine two hours before serving. This wine is perfectly drinkable after two years and can gracefully age for up to 10 years
Weather conditions: The 2021 harvest was marked by a series of unusual weather events. The vines, however, recovered well, benefiting from sunny days and wide temperature swings between day and night throughout the second half of March and all of April. This created ideal conditions for achieving high quality in the grape varieties used for this blend.
Place of origin: Chacayes, in upper Uco Valley, Mendoza
Altitude: 1057 m above sea level
Soil: ancient uvial foundation covered by younger alluvial deposits
