Where nature and craftsmanship meet

Aging: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, a mix of Boutes Coeur & Boutes Tradition 1st use, complemented with 2nd and 3rd use barrels
Serving Suggestions: For the first two years, decant the wine two hours before serving. This wine is perfectly drinkable after two years and can gracefully age for up to 10 years. Serve at 16 °C
Weather conditions: The 2022–2023 season challenged us with nature’s intensity, yet it rewarded us with remarkable fruit. Lower yields meant smaller, more concentrated berries, giving the wines extraordinary depth, structure, and purity of flavor
Place of origin: Chacayes, in upper Uco Valley, Mendoza
Altitude: 1057 m above sea level
Soil: ancient uvial foundation covered by younger alluvial deposits
